Data - The Goonies (1985)
Where should I begin?
Data is adorable, to start with. On top of that, he’s a techno-savvy mini whiz whose wacky inventions not only provide a source of comedy, but also save the day.
Every one of the Goonies showcases their own special character throughout the movie, and some even have nicknames that reveal that trait to the audience (Mouth, Chunk, etc.) But Data could not be a more fitting nickname for this young inventor, and it shows in every unique creation he brings forth.
What Data teaches us is that you should not be afraid to be yourself around your friends. Your talents matter, and you should never hide them. Heck, they may even come in handy some day, especially when those tricky booty traps get in the way!
Like the Goonies, your friends should make room for any quirky characteristics you carry.
Therefore, I leave you with this message:
Be like Data— be yourself!
